The star - who was pictured looking a bit pale and tired leaving Katsuya Japanese restaurant in Beverly Hills after dinner with her mother Sharon last night - revealed she was erasing some inkings.
Kelly explained that she had made her decision while filming her new movie Should've Been Romeo, where a few of the skin etchings were covered in make-up.
Making plans: Kelly Osbourne, pictured leaving Katsuya Japanese restaurant in Beverly Hills last night, says she plans to have some of her tattoos removed
Cover-up: Kelly put up pictures on her Twitter account of her having her tattoos 'removed' on the set of her new film Should've Been Romeo
'They covered a few of them with make-up last week for a scene in my new film Should've Been Romeo - and I can't say I missed them!'
The 25-year-old said the first bits of body art she was going to target were a keyboard on her forearm and a heart and cross bones on her wrist.
She said: 'I met with my dermatologist and I'll start the laser treatment as soon as I have time.
'It will take several months, and while I'm not looking forward to the pain, I've heard it hurts less than getting the tattoo. I hope so!'
Kelly has previously compared getting herself tattooed 15 times as a way of 'self-harming'.
She said last year that it was her way of rebelling against mother Sharon and father Ozzie - even though the Black Sabbath frontman has more than his fair share of skin decoration.
Kelly mused: 'When I was younger I really do think that tattoos were my way of self-harming because I really knew it would upset my mum and dad.
‘I was miserable and I just went and got all these tattoos and I don't know why. One of them is a keyboard and I don't even know how to play a piano!’
Kelly's movie debut in Should've Been Romeo meanwhile hits the big screen next April.
